When will I find her
I wish I knew
I ask myself
Time and time again
With so many people in this world
You’d think it would be easy
But it’s not easy
And I keep on searching
There are times when I think
Maybe this is it
But for one reason or another
Things fall apart
And I say to myself
It just wasn’t meant to be
Cause I know there’s someone out there
Just for me
Someone who appreciates me for who I am
For everything I have to give
For all my good and not so good traits
Who loves me and adores me
Who holds me close in good times and bad
Who keeps me warm at night
When will I find her
I see so many faces
And that’s all they are
Another face in the crowd
Yet she could be the one
But we’ll never know
